No. Start with a handful of pieces you wear often and add more whenever you like. One photo can hold several garments at once.
Are my photos private?
Yes. Your photos are stored privately and only your account can see them. They are never sold or used for ads. To recognise garments and create outfit images, they are processed by trusted third-party services on our behalf — the Privacy Policy explains how.
What if I don’t like the outfit I’m given?
Just say so. Ask for something warmer, more casual or without a certain piece, and Valanski reworks the look. Lasting preferences you share are remembered, so each look fits you a little better than the last.
Is there a free version?
Yes. The free plan lets you build your wardrobe, get a daily look and chat with Valanski every month. No credit card required, and you can upgrade whenever you want more.
How does the hairstyle advice work?
Your stylist considers the outfit’s neckline, accessories, your hair length and texture, weather and occasion. Advice works with short hair and natural curls too. It is included in every plan, and you can turn it off in your profile.
Will my try-on show the suggested hairstyle?
Yes. When hair advice is enabled and your look includes a hairstyle, the try-on uses that suggestion while aiming to preserve your face, natural hair color and texture. If no hairstyle is suggested or advice is turned off, it keeps your hair as photographed.
How long does adding clothes take?
Choose up to 20 photos at once and keep them in one batch. Valanski finds each garment in the photo and cuts it out, so a first wardrobe is usually in after one evening of photographing.
Does it work for men’s clothes?
Yes. Valanski styles from whatever is in your wardrobe, and a shared wardrobe works the same way.
Will the try-on actually look like me?
It is built to. Your photo supplies the face, hair colour and body; the clothes come from your wardrobe. It keeps your features rather than swapping in a model, and the hairstyle it adds follows your own length and texture. If a render ever misses, try it on again from another photo — a clear, evenly lit, full-length one works best.
